- CITY: Also known as Tees valley the university is in central Middlesbrough with surrounding cities and a great road and rail network. As a town it provides an exciting night life and entertainment both during and after the summer season. One would find that a lot of things and places are within walking distance, unless you want to explore the surrounding areas. It is a great town to make friends as there are closely knitted international communities. There are lots of student jobs in this city in retail, healthcare, hospitality, customer service, cleaning, and warehouse. These roles are student friendly, accommodating the 20hr per week work limit.
- TUITION: The average tuition for postgraduate international students is £14,000 for a 1year master’s program and an average of £17,000 for a 2-year program (£8,500 for each year) with some discounts available and a flexible payment plan. This figure though is susceptible to further changes depending on course of study and year of entry. Most specialised courses usually have a slightly higher tuition fee than most.

The minimum requirement to be considered for entry into their undergraduate programmes you need to hold any of the following: an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), a recognised foundation from Nigeria, successful completion of Year 1 bachelor’s degree from an accredited University and WAEC or NECO/ KSCE in English language with at least a C6.
