We have a 20-working day return policy, which means you have 20 working days after receiving an email from IHS that they have initiated the refund to Jokings Educare Nigeria.

To be eligible for a return, you must complete the JED students I.H.S refund form sent to you.

To start a return, you can contact us at helpdesk@jokingseducare.com. Please note that returns will be paid to your Nigerian naira account at the days parallel market rate (Black market).

Unfortunately, Jokings Educare is not responsible to write you and informing you of this refund. You must make your enquiry from the Immigration health services on your refund request and when they give you the feedback you can then communicate to us. Due to the nature of the work we do, we do not have enough resources to start communicating to different students on this refund.

Notes/ Conditions

Please, be advised that in some cases we may request that you write the IHS demanding the last four digits of the card where the refund was made.

This usually helps us trace these refunds as we do several requests.

Timeliness for payment

Please note that payment will be made within 20 working days after

1. Your request for a refund has been approved by IHS
2. You have filled in your correct details on our form online.
